ReynoldsTECH offers a state of the art facility for our customers to perform Research and Development tests on production equipment. Our Research, Development and Training Facility includes a 900 ft2 Class 100 raised floor clean room, Advanced Product Development Laboratory, and our hands-on classroom training area. The Advanced Product Development Laboratory (APDL) is available to our customers for R&D work on a wide variety of substrates and chemistries. Our qualified process engineers will run your substrates for you or assist your engineers in using our equipment. Because the APDL is located on the same campus as our main manufacturing center, we are able to quickly fabricate or modify workholders and systems to accommodate your product runs.

ReynoldsTECH offers a full compliment of support services to the owner. We offer a Complete Systems Approach. ReynoldsTech will perform services from initial conceptual design and cost analysis through construction management services and final operational qualification.
